A high powered delegation of Ebunlobinrin Foundation, Nigeria’s foremost grassroot development Organisation held a meeting on Thursday 20th of October 2022 with Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun, Hon. Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Oyo State Government at the Commissioner’s Office, State Secretariat, Agodi Ibadan.
Dr. Wasiu Olatunbosun appreciated Ebunlobinrin Foundation and her programs which are focused on empowering the female gender. He promised to do everything within his power and that of his Office to see that ASA WA Project record a grand breaking success in Oyo State.
He equally promised collaboration with the Foundation and other stakeholders to see that Asa Wa Programme is executed immediately. Asa Wa is an initiative of Ebunlobinrin Foundation conceived for the purpose of sensitizing and educating women towards preserving the cultural heritage of Yoruba people.
Furthermore, he directed all the top officers in the Ministry to make themselves available anytime Ebunlobinrin Foundation make a call to them. To buttress this commitment, he made available to the Foundation, the two (2) Radio Programmes the Ministry is anchoring and promised to give the Foundation letter of collaboration so the Foundation could also access BCOS Ibadan for the project.
