Mrs. Olajumoke George

Mrs. Margret Olajumoke George was born on the 2nd of February, 1965 into the family of Mr, and Mrs. Theophilus & Dorcas Olatunde in Ibadan, Oyo state. She attended Command children school Ann’s Barracks, Yaba Lagos, and Army children school Kano, she also attended Anglican Grammar school, Ibadan and then proceeded to Government Technical College, Oshogbo where she studied Business Administration.

Mrs. Olajumoke George started her acting career at the age of 8 as she was introduced to the stage drama on the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), Ibadan by her  father’s friend, and later in the year 1974, she was enrolled into a drama troupe at the same NTA Ibadan by a guy whose nickname was “Water Aqua”. She later met Comrade Victor Ashaolu who introduced her to the Yoruba movie industry in 1982, and since then hitherto, she has been acting in both Yoruba and English movies.

Mrs. Olajumoke George took a compulsory break from the movie industry for about 14 years, this is because she decisively frowned  at the attitude of the male counterparts who made amorous approach to her. She therefore became a member of the Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria  (FIBAN) in the year 2001 where she anchored 5 live programmes which kept her very busy away from acting. The programs includes Milex hour on LTV 8, Ópeléke extraordinary on LTV 8, Lògbà Lògbà on MITV, Isé Ajé on 107.5 fm, and Gèlè ò dùn on Yotomi TV
She has featured in several home videos, cinemas, and soap opera, both English and Yoruba which includes but not limited to the following:

She has bagged many awards, amongst which are:

It will interest you to know your Excellency ladies and gentlemen that, Mrs Olajumoke George is a Bible scholar as she attended Mount Camel Bible School, and World of faith Bible institute respectively and got certificate in Theology.
Her hobbies are traveling,  listening to good music, and counseling. She is married and the marriage is blessed with 3 glorious children.
